“We recently purchased a fixer upper and have been doing many projects and Chris and his crew at Vinyl Concepts were excellent. I wish he offered more services. Chris has great communications on day to day activities which I have found lacking with many other contractors. Chris reviewed the project thoroughly before providing an estimate and identified areas of rot and concern. When it came time to repair them there was not a single request for extra money. Their estimate was also lower than other estimates I received. I felt very comfortable allowing Chris and Randy access to the house when needed even when I was not home. We’ve gotten many compliments on the new exterior. The few issues that did occur with a project of this scale were taken care of in a timely manner. “

Description of work:
Stripped entire exterior of the house, repaired any damaged wood areas, papered the house, sealed around all windows, put on new vinyl siding, replaced all gutters and downspouts, Wrapped the porch columns and replaced railings, replaced a bad window, replaced two skylights, stripped and re-shingled two sections of roof on a 2500 SF house from 1960.
